QUALITY & INSPECTION

Evidence before
assumption.

A useful machine file should help a buyer understand identity, configuration, observable condition and what remains to be verified.

THE MACHINE FILE

What we work
to document.

The appropriate level of verification is agreed before an inspection or purchase decision. Available records depend on the machine and current owner.

Identity & configuration

Manufacturer, model, serial or reference, year, control, options and major accessories.

Visual condition

Current photographs, nameplate images, control cabinet, work area and observable issues.

Functional evidence

Power-on, alarms, spindle operation, axis movement or test-cut evidence when available and agreed.

Service records

Maintenance, rebuild, calibration or certification documents supplied by the owner are identified as seller-provided records.

Removal readiness

Dimensions, estimated weight, access, utilities, loading conditions and preparation requirements.

Open-item register

Unknowns and exclusions are kept visible so buyers can decide what further checks are needed.

No certification badge or customer case study is published here without source documentation and permission. Verified credentials and completed-project examples can be added as the business supplies them.

WORKFLOW

A practical
inspection path.

Scope first, evidence second, findings clearly organized for the commercial decision.

01 / DEFINE

Agree the scope

Machine, location, access, required checks, documentation and schedule.

02 / DOCUMENT

Collect evidence

Coordinate the available visual, operational and record-based evidence.

03 / REPORT

Identify findings

Organize confirmed details, observations, limitations and next actions.
